The bypass set is intended to send only part of the pool water you circulate for heating in a heat pump, heat exchanger, or solar heating system
The set contains:
3 pcs. ball valves 50mm
2 TEE pieces 50mm
2 x 50cm pipes 50mm
1 pc. glue 125ml.
1 pc. cleaning fluid 125ml.
Step-by-step guide to gluing PVC pipes
Preparation and cutting: Cut the pipe straight across with a fine saw or pipe cutter.
Deburring: Remove burrs (sharp edges) both inside and outside so that the glue is not scraped off during assembly.
Cleaning: Thoroughly clean both pipe and socket with PVC cleaning fluid to remove grease and dirt. Apply cleaning fluid to a piece of kitchen paper.
Applying glue: Apply an even layer of PVC glue to both surfaces – on the pipe and the socket.
Assembly: Push the pipe into the socket in one smooth motion without twisting (or max. a 1/4 turn). Hold the parts firmly for 10-30 seconds, as the glue dries quickly.
Remove excess glue: Wipe away excess glue with a piece of kitchen paper.
