1- 3 meter stand

This 1 Meter Duraflex stand is supplied with top and middle handrails on both sides. 1 Meter structures are supplied in five different heights.

The 1 Meter diving stand has a height of 1 meter , + 5%. The diving stand consists of heavy aluminum castings coated with epoxy paint. The roller and tracks are heat-treated, hard-anodized extruded aluminum. The bearings for the roller tracks are made of Teflon / polymer with grease lubrication. The springboard's anchor hinges are heat-treated aluminum grid with a design tensile strength of 35,000 psi and are hard-anodized. Hinges are mounted on a transverse casting that allows 6 leveling positions in one-inch increments. The springboard's anchor bolts are short-necked 5/8” diameter with 3 1/2” long stainless carriage bolts, specially designed to work on. The diving stand is supplied with top and middle handrails on both sides. The diving stand's handrails are 304 stainless steel tubing, attached to the railing supports with stainless steel rail clamps. The rails extend to the edge (or beyond) the swimming pool, and the rail ends are fitted with railing plugs. The stand is designed for mounting using six bronze deck anchors or mounting with six Hilti stainless steel threaded inserts.

3 meter stand

The Duraflex 3 meter stand is designed for easy installation in existing pools. Installation of the Duraflex 3 meter does not require any excavation in existing concrete or an expensive concrete platform. The aluminum castings are thick and heavy, providing a stable base for the springboard. The shape of the ladder is designed to place support directly under the springboard's rear mounting point, which increases stability.

The ladder has built-in railings that provide a comfortable grip when the diver goes up the ladder. The steps are in a wide, comfortable design with replaceable non-slip slotted tread that matches the Duraflex competition springboard. This ladder is very easy and comfortable to use.

The 3 Meter Duraflex stand is manufactured from similar and identical components as the 1 Meter stand. Several elements are interchangeable, such as the complete fulcrum module and anchor hinges. All elements are individually coated with epoxy paint. The most important single feature of the three-meter Duraflex is the simple eight-point deck anchoring, which does not require any special footings and can be installed on an existing deck if the concrete is of good quality and not less than 12 cm thick. The handrails are made of stainless steel tubing and are attached to the structure with quick-mounting stainless steel rail clamps. All support bearings are nylon, and the support leg can be adjusted to account for wear. Grease fittings are mounted on the roller blocks for roller and slide bearings. The anchor stand can be adjusted vertically in 7 increments of 1.6 cm, enabling simple leveling of the board on different deck slopes. The 3 meter stand is available only in one model that has railings on both sides. The anchor stand is manufactured in three different heights, and the ladder unit is manufactured in 13 different heights to accommodate the deck level to water level dimensions from 0 to 32.5 cm (+ 4.95 cm).
