For measuring relative humidity.Never needs adjustment. Therefore particularly suitable for both stationary and field use.

Consists of 2 thermometers, one of which is fitted with a wick that is placed in a water container. This creates a temperature difference between the thermometers. Based on the difference, the relative humidity in % is read with great precision from the included chart.
Measuring range: 0 - 100 %
The psychrometer should be hung in a place that is not exposed to drafts. Must be filled with demineralized water approx. every 3 months.
Reading example: Thermometer (dry): 25 °C Thermometer (wet): 21 °C
Temperature difference: 25 °C - 21 °C= 4 °C Relative humidity is read in the table next to 25 °C and temp. difference 4 °C: In this example, the value is 68 %
